Thank you for the pause, Randall. I had talked to a gentleman by the name of Toby and Bob Cato, a gentleman I've known for some time in Sacramento. They were interested in the financing business and they said that they had some people that they were working with. Miles Silver was one of those and we talked to him over the phone the next day, talked to him over the phone, a conference type call, and met him, went over some things. He said he does do some startups, and that he did have some pools of money that he was in charge of.

He's been in charge of massive amounts of money for large corporations. I forgot the name of those corporations. He, last week I believe it was, was given a trust that had $50 million in it to manage $25 million of it when he was planning to secure the principal I believe. And then today, yesterday when we were in, he dropped a little thing in my ear, our ears, saying that he had another 50 million that came in that was available. And we spent most of the time going over possibilities because we knew that the large loans were why we were there. And that's what we brought and that's what I told him I was going to bring. But I also wanted to go over bridge money and seed money and like engineering money, money to secure property to pay the deposits on the property and things like that.

And we went around some scenarios like that, possibilities and probabilities of doing those things so we could bide the time. And so like if Otto approves a loan, for example, or if Miles Dover says yes to a loan, it takes a little bit of time to get everything ready for fourth funds. And in Otto's case, it can take up to 150 days. That's counting doing the paperwork and things. Possibly 90 days and it looks like through the power of prayer that they'll just fund it as soon as we get the paperwork done. But that's what I asked for. During the interim of the funding and of the long-term financing, we want to be able to start our engineering process and still think so when we get the funds in the bank we don't have to sit and wait for the engineering to be done or to negotiate for the real estate.

That should be all done before I would suspect. So we went through those kind of scenarios with Mr. Stilwell. He told a little bit more of his background and then we gave him the package ABT for $30 million and then also gave him Capitol Hills. Went over the Capitol Hills, I showed him the improvement areas of the streets and sidewalks that are on the back map of Capitol Hills, showed him about where we wanted the ABT and then he was familiar with Anderson's front. I'll be sending that to him. What we wanted to do, the vision, I gave him a comparison between doing a North Tehachapi mini city there compared to wrapping a city around an already existing airport where he was sitting. How much easier that was, it's pre-planned development. He had some very good questions.

He told me a little bit about the movie industry, portions of it moving into that area. His money is a lot less expensive than a lot of others. Fees and things to pay for. He charges no fees up front. He gets a lot of his money out of pension funds and things, such things. And I think that the day, to me was a marriage of something I've asked for for a long time, being able to have access to money to prepare packages to be funded or stabilizing. I think that we'll be able to do that.

I know I'm moving out a couple of things, but we walked on the way downstairs. We got on the driveway and he said, well, we'll work together and we'll both make some money and we'll make this thing happen. He walked away to this car with our packages in his hands. He should call me today. He told me to call him as soon as he could and call me and let me know. Do you think that won't work? Anybody who can turn on an inoperable jacuzzi can most certainly make this work. Once he gets started, do you see, the only thing he doesn't know how is to turn it off. So we have an open mind.

I just said I'm not going to worry about turning it off right now. I just want to turn it on. I don't care. You know, already we have a, we have now an agreement and I want someone like Oberle to to touch with Steve-Ons, remind him of what he said, reassure him we are going to buy that and then by golly I think that you should borrow one of those catfish fund proposals and copy it. Let's just get it all in there. Every one of them. Even the things you fund from something else, go ahead and put in a proposal.

Somewhere. Mr. Gritzner thinks that he knows all there is about accounting. We're going to let him prove it. Right. He isn't going to want to spend time in jail. He'll do it right. We'll pay him really well. And then maybe he'll get his proposal written which he hasn't done. All we need are these proposals to pour in for the mortgage bank, for the accounting firm, but you see all the ones are still waiting, and waiting and waiting.

Well, that means that some are going to sit up all night doing their proposal, and 150 days is going to look like a long time while you're hand accounting. Because you're going to have 47, 50, 60, 100 corporations the minute you get enough money to pay for them. And somebody's going to have to staff up right fast. You're going to have trouble just paper-wise dispersing but right now what we need is the upfront and that bridge money and just the bridge money is not enough granted if you had 25,000 you could really start one of these in beauty but it's going to require more money out late than that go ahead would be able to possibly pay some money to possibly want to hook to real estate to prepare it?

Let's look right into it as fast as possible because you see you have two things. You have some breakdowns on property both from Larry Skelly, from John Nunes, and from North Tachipee. You can give Otto anything he needs to do that. And all of these ones need to move right along as fast as we can. Now it will get easier because when there is money to work with, first of all they take you seriously and number two, they see it coming, they're going to get busy and give you a proposal with financials, etc. Crawford and Guthrie have excellent. Don't you think that John Broome, when you get ready to deal with that, has excellent. I mean the man is wealthy. He uses this just as a land investment. He'll want to play with you. And as soon as you can get Ron Houdin out here to do a proposal for a track, you'll do your proposal. Parsons will do your proposals. Money will give you freedom. Money will give you all the rest that you need.

And this is what money should do. It's only purpose. And then it won't be money. It will still be a paper trail. You don't use money anymore. Don't blame the government for printing money. They don't print money. They merely up the debt and hide it behind and all of the newscasters can say, well they printed more money, that's why it's of no value. No, it doesn't have anything to do with it.

Nothing, zero. And the Federal Reserve cannot possibly even begin to touch control of it. They control nothing because everything, when it came that the Federal Reserve Bank, for what it was set up for, you always have clever businessmen. And now they have so cleverly gone about every other mechanism from certificates of deposit to commercial paper that doesn't have anything to do with the Federal Reserve. It is not the printing of money, it is the increasing of debt. And your ones including, well, unless we had made your credit so bad, all of you too would be up and over your heads in the barrel, sunk in the barrel. Almost all of your regular payments now are not going for new goods, they're going for debt. And that alone would do you in. Man doesn't have any money. And if he purchases now, he's got to purchase on top of already incredible debts. This is what happens with the countries. The United States keeps giving their money. And let us just talk about a little bit, like Mexico, when I said they made a payment since 1800, hold it in your heart, you've got to get the other three and a half billion down there to keep yourself going and the money has gone out to everywhere, they forgave Brazil, they forgave everybody because they know they won't get it anyway fault, any one of these big ones, gets in. And Mr. Dukakis gets out there and proclaims, I will not give any more aid, even to Mexico. Anyone who continues to give in drugs, you're dead. Mr. Bush knows it. That is the only economy this world has anymore.

You read in the paper yesterday that a $82 billion transaction from Mexico to refinance that's another one that you look for two words that mean destruction restructuring and refinancing it just prolongs the death. It's like putting a life system, a person on heroic efforts to prolong its life. There is no way, they know there is no way. They are just getting themselves situated, the ones who have money, to get through this period of collapse, which would be depression.

And that does not mean the world is finished, don't misunderstand, this means that probably some can recover, but it's going to have to go all the way. And then if the monetary system can survive at all, it can then be bid on something reasonable. Inflation is not it is the increase in debt. So they will tell you everything but the facts are it is your overwhelming debt and not just of your government you think well we go into debt for this this this and this. No, your government is only a small portion as a matter of your country's debt. All of you carry the rest of it. Inflation is a misnomer. It appears to you because what price is really, you're in a deflationary period.

Price is really, if you go down and buy a toaster, you can find it on sale somewhere for ten bucks when it used to be twenty-five or forty-two. The price of goods basically, with the exception of perhaps automobiles, which are of many reasons why those remain high, not the least of which are labor unions and the cost. as it got worthless to change the system, the manufacturers simply took their business, their manufacturing out of the country or started importing cheaper materials. And it's going to catch up, it's already caught up. Until you get back on a production system because you have no production. So basically what you are having is when a man leaves a job for any reason when he tries to get another job it is not equal anymore. You may not get a cut in salary if you stay but they'll figure a way to get you out too early retirement etc. etc. The business world is in trouble and to cut back they use those kinds of methods. So if a 60,000 a year man or a 100,000 a year man gets another job somewhere else that's equal in status he's going to pick up maybe 60. So basically your salaries are going down. The cost of goods are going down.

So you're in a deflationary period and yet inflation as they are using it is going up. So you have a no win situation. Money has been loaned out, let us use this over a period of years, say you pay out in loans a billion dollars and maybe what you get back is 600 million at the very most against that. Out of trillions of dollars maybe the only way they can survive at all is to cancel the debt. Just say we're not going to pay it. Just totally right up front default on it. But then you're dead. And that's what Mexico has said. They do not have money to do any improvements at all. Every cent that the Mexican government for instance has must go in to retire these debts. And so they have nothing left with which to build. So it can't do any better. It just gets worse. And yet hallelujah brother John I'm glad the people don't know it yet. Gives us a year or so. But that's why we're going to play the game with all the information that we have. And there will be smooth ones who see it coming and get this money scattered around while it has any value. You see there are always a few coming out of Mexico or anywhere in these bankrupt companies, countries that do have money they want to get around and out of their country before it's confiscated.

I think I'm still pontificating I guess we're all practical folks, since the sailor's been concluded. We're changing some personnel, calling the personnel in, getting started on the planning on a new changeover of the systems. Very good. It's time then to get in touch with Mr. Batson let's see how and who. We don't need to worry about it now but it would be nice to be working with those ones from the onset of their plans. You cannot ever depend on rumor but if you're getting rumors it's time to follow up and let's find out where we are let's not wait until the Belgians get in there and botch up the system to the point that we cannot utilize it without redoing it.

Well, they finally redo it almost completely the way I took the matter. Oh yes, I mean absolutely that's part of the agreement of sale. That was the only reason that they would take it and that's built into the price and that was the only quarrel was whether or not there were enough resources. So that's all cut and dried. It is just a matter of not letting them go in there and set up systems that won't be usable. Let's work with them from onset. And that means once they have made their final documents, their final transition, then we go tell them what we're doing. They were given an extra 30 days and should be approximately then but obviously if rumors are going you will find it a very workable relationship relationship either way and it does relieve you of that headache. I keep reminding you once because I have to keep reminding myself you don't have to do it all. As long as one will work with you it is less of a headache for you once. You're going to be swimming And there are so many ones around town losing their little businesses that are just hungry for life.

And yet time-wise it is so blameless, impossible to even get together with Gary Cole at Costco. My request was the day before yesterday, it seems like two years ago doesn't it, about survival goods. We need to get together and plan whether we are going to have factories for those, stock up, whatever we are going to do. When we start talking about food and storage and many of these things, Rick's mother Zita and the Mormon Church, etc., have done this research. Zika is going to be totally invaluable. And I would hope that just early, early on, let me finish one statement and then I will. I want it to come with housing, whether it is rental housing, I don't care. Each of you needs a place where you can go to privacy.

now please rate yesterday when I went over in Bakersfield we hit two of the health food so-called health food stores there and it's been I know that it's a part of the proposal or part of part of the list to start something of a large food store here, cooperative if you will. I would like to see such a thing take place and have that tie in directly to our storage, to our mill and to our storage silos if you will. I don't know what I'm saying. I hear what you're saying and I think we can fill that rather beautifully. Yes and if you come along with what's current, the thrust, down with the pesticides, etc. you can build some pretty I guess it was you, Alan, who suggested taking the news property and possibly doing something there. As far as the outlet? As far as being an outlet.

Oh yes. Good idea. Let us consider now what has been done for a year. I don't know how to get you ones back. Don't reinvent the wheel, brothers. brothers, that is already built in. That would be a major outlet for organic gardening products. As a matter of fact, whatever you have out of the Costco will not be the major part, but during growing season people will have a farmer's market in which to purchase these things, but a major thrust will be made to make that center year-round the little half-food sandwich type of shop.

We will enlarge, probably build onto that building or rebid it or whatever. It's very picturesque the way it is. It is totally unrealistic to use a storage, you know, packing barn, but it does have atmosphere. But it's bathrooms, many, it's kitchen, many things in there need to be redone, but leave it with its charm and then have a major outlet for organic foods, a major health food store if you will. It will fit perfectly in there and this has already been considered and maybe some of your meetings should be on where we are with some of these things. Would this be tied in with a feed and grain operation for the farmers and all the people here? Yes and see you've got to get a dairy You can go back and milk those old sloops.

Absolutely. Maybe you ones are really going to hit your way to get a generator not for the electric milking machines. Or you're all going to be lined up on a cold day hugging those cows. Don't forget the goats. I've forgotten how to milk. Well, that's why land comes first. That is the first intent. And then the planning of the land. And you one should go over your list periodically as a group.

It's all there. Every bit of it has been just, every infinite detail practically has been claimed. And it's wonderful for dreaming. And someone needs to begin to put these things down on paper so that you have an overview. It seems like a lot of these things, in this case, would mean properties already have structure on them. A lot of the things on the list would require the buildings and require it to be a BQEB. that we immediately start funding the permitting of terror block. I don't want this world saturated with ABT, not unless you do something different with it. Modular housing, yes, but you see, as far as I'm concerned, that is only temporary.

You've got to get down to compressed earth. And this is something that you engineers, I see no problem with it. You don't have to have rebar. You can stagger the brick, they're very thick. And you can put, I don't even know what you call it, steel banding. Staple it right too, so that you are stapling staggered-wise. I could draw you a picture, I'm not doing well in the vision. But I have done this for normal and overly. Or you can do just as you would with stucco, and that is staple. You see this takes good, very wet, to staples.

You can staple what you would use as stucco wire. Chicken wire. Chicken wire, whatever. They have something special now that they call. Lightning. But if you staple this on either side, then you can finish your walls. With stucco and plaster, there should not be an earthquake problem. The whole building's got to fall down. Well, I guess it could, but then I guess all the ones of your buildings could fall down. Are we talking of dome buildings or are we talking of parallel sided buildings like we have conventionally?

I think you'll have a mixture of both in the beginning. You're going to have to figure a way for your dome tops. In Spain there is a school that after you have money you can send your architects their ways to build those domes so that you have keystones. Goodbye. They will have to be designed for at least 150 miles an hour to be 170, won't they? Yes. To withstand the wind. Yes, but that's no problem with the dome. That is no problem. The straight side zone is a potential problem well I'll tell you with the terror block the size of the break if you're really concerned about that make it a double wall you don't have a problem it will stand for eternity yes I don't know if I'll answer it, but you may ask.

So we still have to have that bladder type substance manufactured in the area? But I don't want to see you go through all of this work and then just turn around and wish you had waited a little bit. I do think you need the structure but I'll tell you something if you put it it can be lifted and maybe if you build the proper kind of foundation it can be propped up whatever you do jacked up and lifted and put over a different foundation. You do need a place of storage. You're going, really, as you move on, you're going to want several of those machines right up front to get a few of these things done that get you unsettled. and I know it's helped this time and the only way is just to go right on as if pretend it's coming tomorrow so it doesn't happen for 150 days. Well boy I'll tell you 150, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 are really going to be great days. So what you need is some interim bridge here that takes care of some of these upfront expenses to make a living and to get these things rolling. So I would hope you'd keep a little bit if we cannot get very much. You see, Dorma has a tendency, yes, to forget. You're into your second week now with Gary course is not getting it done as fast as he thought he could.

And it cannot start in full funding. There's no way for his to start in full funding. He has to roll over several transactions for full funding. So it's going to stay a little tight. So you're going to have to look at what you can get and measure how well you can wait another three months for what things. What was the fourth one that you picked up? I'm going to let you find out. Does that mean? You're going to find all these sources are going to keep coming in. And this is why I used you would not have known this.

I wrote a special two pages before these two left yesterday. You're going to also learn to utilize competition. These ones want these projects. There are not very many good projects. Keep that in mind. There are not very many really good projects. So hold in your heart, they want your business. Require at least as much attention as you would to buying a used car. You would not buy the same product for three times as much money. And some dealer is going to be willing willing to cut his cost to get your business. And you once have just had to do without until you forget to play the game. And I hear you don't mind. All right for you, Hatton. But it's all right for you, too.

You've waited years and years and years. Is there any news from John Jeffers? Yes, but what the best news was he did not tell. He has been in Arizona and I will not tell it either. Who's in Arizona? He has been to Arizona and it was to do business with the bank. Each of these things, every time you hear of one like John Jeffers doing business out of Los Angeles say hallelujah brother we are trying to get some of these transactions transferred to banks out of Los Angeles and it is on your best interest even if you have to wait a little longer for these things to come together to get them out of there because you will have them longer.

And if too much gets rolling in all its glory along that coastline, you cannot pry those ones loose. For the same reason if all of you were successful doing whatever it is you think you might have been doing, you wouldn't be here now. You would have had every reason under the sun to stay a little longer. I would like to ask that when the penalty is put upon that, he has an ABQ package, I would like to send him a data block.
